As VP of Business Development, Rob is an integral and critical member of Budgyt’s leadership team. His previous experiences across different industries continuously helps guide the growth of the company and the development of the platform.
Rob’s career started at Credit Suisse as a Senior Equity trader, where he managed the UK ADR book, then the European ADR desk, before moving across to trading US equities, specializing in Technology and Telecoms fields, while also maintaining a successful proprietary trading portfolio in addition to a client-facing trading business...
Since then, he has consulted various companies and startups, helping manage negotiations, assessing company valuations, build financial models, perform due diligence on company operations, host investor conference calls, review contracts, and provide ongoing advice on corporate governance.
