simplifying what's next in budgeting
Ready for what’s next, Budgyt releases evolved brand identity
Announcing the release of Budgyt’s evolved brand identity. An evolution reflecting the hyper-scaling being experienced in our market presence, brand-adoption, and market value.
It's an evolution that highlights the strength of the brand's foundation, a foundation that’s ready for whatever comes next.
the maverick way
Budgyt began as the maverick solution to what comes next after eXcel for business budgeting software solutions and morphed into a fully cloud-based, multi-department budgeting tool that delivers solutions to the many pains and needs that come with budgeting in Excel; especially true for small-medium sized businesses, NonProfits, or larger enterprises with complex needs like multiple P&L's and cost-allocation.
Being a platform that was birthed from the belief that the best budgets are made collaboratively, Budgyt doesn't charge for users, instead only charging for departments (classes/reporting P&L units) making budgeting easy for remote teams.
Since Budgyt's inception in 2014, the brand has grown year over year with an explosion of growth over the previous 2 years, including new additions to the leadership team including a VP of Operations and a VP of Marketing & Design.
Ranked as the best business budgeting software on Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp, SourceForge, and G2, Budgyt was also recently awarded "Top Performer - Fall 2020" by G2. Budgyt continues to expand its features and offerings, providing our customers with a scalable solution that prepares them best in solving their budgeting needs of tomorrow.
an evolution, not a revolution
As we faced a brand review, coupled with the uncertainties of COVID-19 this year, we knew immediately that we needed a brand identity that would highlight the strengthened foundation more than the brand's hyperscaling trajectory or innovative, forward-thinking vision. While an evolution of our brand was needed we also knew that we couldn’t have something radical or completely new and unknown to the brand and our existing customer base.
Our updated mark is able to encompass this evolution by filling in our existing mark and adding definition to the body of the Rhino - reflective of our strengthened foundation and growth over the past few years internally and externally.
An updated color palette highlights the trust, value, and reputation that Budgyt is gaining within the market while an updated visual toolbox showcases the core cultural tenants that the company focuses on - connecting with and empowering business leaders and finance teams.
So much so that users have fun with budgeting. Yes, we said it. We aim to make budgeting fun.
